Blue Wren is pleased to offer free shipping on purchases over $75 before tax (excludes bulk or wholesale orders). 

The cost of shipping is $15 for anywhere in Canada for orders that are under $75 before taxes. 

Free local delivery for Burlington, Ontario.

Porch pick up available in Burlington, Ontario.

Orders are generally shipped out within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase. 

You will receive a tracking number in your shipment notification email.

Please note:

• We currently do not ship outside of Canada.
• We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
• An individual order can only be shipped to one mailing address. 
• Blue Wren is not responsible for any errors made by third-party shippers, please contact the shipping company first to file a complaint. 
• If your package is delayed while in transit, please contact the shipping company first to file a complaint. 
• Blue Wren is not responsible for lost or stolen packages reported as delivered by the shipping company.

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately by email at info@bluewren.ca . Include your name, order number, and a photo of the damage. We will replace any item that arrives damaged.
