Due to the nature of our handmade products, the terms surrounding exchanges are reviewed based on each individual circumstance. If you do not love your purchase, please contact us at info@bluewren.ca.
We understand that sometimes damage happens during the shipping process. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately by email at info@bluewren.ca. Include your name, order number and a photo of the damage. We will replace any item that arrives damaged.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on candles that have been lit.
